If you are looking for fantastic views in a quiet spot of Mangonui, a little bit of relaxed luxury and superb ambiance then this house may be what you are looking for. Number 8 is a recently refurbished holiday home sitting at end of quiet drive overlooking the beautiful Mill Bay and Mangonui Harbour. Sit on the covered deck and watch the boats come and go and tides come in and go out. If you fancy a walk you can walk 10 minutes one way to the cafes and boutique shops of the historic village of Mangonui. 15 minutes the other way and you are on the golden shores of Coopers Beach. Perfectly situated for views sun and peace and quiet.
Plenty of parking for your car and your boat and only a minute from boat ramp at Mill Bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! This is an exceptional property. The location is superb, the facilities are excellent, the ambience of the house is just perfect, the garden is a joy and the views are wonderful. Add to this the privacy, the peace and quiet, the overall comfort and you have a place you'll want to visit again. Apart from Richard's excellent communication and very friendly welcome, the freshly baked bread and bottle of wine were much appreciated too. Highly recommended!

We had a great few days staying at number 8. The location is so picturesque and the house is beautiful, so cozy and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made our stay better. Richard and Neil were great hosts, very friendly and accommodating with clear and quick communication throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone and hope to visit again in the future.

The incredible 180 degree views of beautiful Mill Bay, the feeling of sanctuary in al the cost features of this house. Everything has been thought of to give the best holiday experience. Thankyou for your thoughtfulness and care - we noticed all the touches.

These accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way!
From fresh baked bread delivered by our host upon our arrival, wine, the breathtaking views from literally every window in this perfectly appointed light and bright home to the perfect location in Mills Bay in Mangonui, nothing could have been better. We were within easy walking distance to the darling town with quaint shops and good restaurants. Gorgeous hikes were very nearby and day trips to Cape Riengi in the Far North were breathtaking. Our hosts, Richard and Nigel, were gracious and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return to this relaxing oasis many times!
