Experience the Colorado southwest in this beautiful adobe style house in Cortez. The house was recently renovated and is equipped with the modern conveniences, assuring the comfort and necessity for travelers is met. This one bedroom house is ideal for couples or a small family seeking an unforgettable getaway. Walk to the restaurants and stores on Main Street, only 4 blocks away, or head over to the parks with tennis and pickle ball courts, cultural center, and rec center.

Use it as a base for a visit to Mesa Verde National Park (13 miles), Canyon of the Ancients (11 miles), Crow Canyon (5 miles), explore some of the mountain bike trails, or do a scenic drive such as the Million Dollar Highway and San Juan Skyway. Enjoy majestic mountain views along the way and experience serene forests and rivers while visiting places such as Telluride, Ouray, Silverton, and Durango.
After a day of activities or exploring the region, you will be glad to retire to the popular Adobe CoCo. It has authentic and artful touches, but has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern amenities. It will easily sleep 3 people. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and nightstands, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. The living area and kitchen spill into one another, making it easy to visit with one another. The bathroom with shower was recently renovated. This property boasts an outdoor patio that is ideal for your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine! The property has a fully fenced in yard and a private driveway for two cars, in addition to on street parking. Best of all, your dog is welcome to join you!

The owner has remodeled this Adobe home and it's just very unique and cozy in a beautiful setting. All the appliances are new. Gorgeous variety of trees in this eclectic mountain neighborhood. The only recommendation I have is to inform tenants to bring their own toiletries and to add pictures of what's available in the kitchen. The back yard is large and perfect for your pet. Wonderful stay and a wonderful responsive host!!

Cute house and private yard perfect for my small dog. Easy walk to restaurants and main street. Central location for Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients without driving too far. It was snug with 3 adults but still doable.

This was the perfect place for the 2 of us and our dog! The kitchen has everything you need and the rain shower is a nice touch. It's a short walk from downtown. I recommend Elevated Liquors, Agave Azul Taqueria, and WildEdge Coffee/Brewing. Would stay again!
