Clean room, ease getting in and out, subway nearby (though we only felt safe taking it as a group due; there was a shooting two stops north of Fairmount on the last night of our stay). Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very easy getting to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center by subway and Uber/Lyft; would stay again in the future!

The unit was comfortable and clean with a stocked kitchen. We had no problem getting the key out of the outside lockbox (there were two keys in there) but the apt door lock box didn’t work. We called and the lady tried her best to research how to fix it. We used the second key in the deadbolt and it didn’t work. It to a bit of time (as the hallway was dimly lit and it was 11:30 pm) to see that the black door handle had a key hole that the second key worked in.The cleaners left damp towels in the dryer. The washer was full with dirty water. They came quickly and fixed the washer so we could use it. All around a nice place to stay for two people. The subway is very close but it is a quiet rumble when it goes by often. No disturbing of our sleep.
