Property was large with a good layout and a bonus balcony. Appliances were modern and easy to use. The hosts thought of every convenience a guest would need. Location was very central and convenient for our needs, walking distance from most of our destinations.
We could not easily contact the hosts by email after we arrived and never did get the password for the WiFi from them. I’m not sure if it was a function of the app that we might not have been able to see their past messages but we asked several times and didn’t receive a reply. We ended up having to ask other guests for that information.

It was close to every thing, chinatown, reading terminal, shopping stores, museums and also a pizza shop connected to apartment. We also loved clean the apartment was and bed was super comfy! Definitely would come back!

La decoración es moderna y agradable con equipamiento de cocina de excelente calidad. En el edificio hay una zona con lavarropas que se pueden utilizar lo cual ayudó mucho. El departamento que ocupamos tenía parking incluido, muy conveniente en Filadelfia que tiene altos precios de estacionamiento.
El proceso de entrada fue muy sencillo ya que unas horas antes de la llegada nos enviaron los códigos de acceso al edificio y al departamento. Funcionó perfecto.
El horario de check in es bastante tarde y no hay posibilidad de anticiparlo si uno llega más temprano. Si bien el departamento está equipado con algunos elementos de cocina (condimentos, aceite, etc.) y de limpieza básicos (jabón, lavavajillas) sería útil que proveyeran insumos para el lavarropas, aunque sea con un pequeño costo adicional, ya que para utilizarlo tuve que comprar un envase completo que utilicé para un único lavado.
Imprescindible agregar una asadera o fuente de horno a las ollas y sartenes con que está equipado el departamento.
No recomiendo este alojamiento para personas con limitaciones de movilidad ya que a todos los departametos se accede mediante escaleras bastante demandantes.
