Only code-lock door, no lock/deadbolt from the inside.
A bit noisy: squeaky main door, water heater, etc.

Property was spacious and updated. Right across from the police station so I felt very safe! Had everything I needed. Bed was really comfortable and the building was quiet. Would definitely stay again!
The only down side was the window looked out into concrete and electrical boxes. But I was out most of the day so it really wasn’t a big deal.

Super easy access & communication with the property. The apartment was in a decent location off of Broadstreet & Callowhill Street, walkable distance to the Philadephia Museum of Art and other attractions. The apartment was very clean and had the basics available (shampoo, towels).
The apartment was first floor and just inside to the left of the entrance. There was very little sound protection, and you could hear every door open, every time sometime entered a code into the digital key pads. This is not a good place for a light sleeper. Luckily I brought ear plugs and played music to help drown out the sound.
