Guests have access to the top unit of this duplex. You will have a huge private roof deck to enjoy the Philadelphia skyline. Catching a show or dinner and relaxing at our home afterward will make the trip a memorable one!

What once was only manufacturing buildings, Callowhill is now home to a diverse set of apartment homes, music venues, and restaurants. Old industrial buildings have been converted into cool lofted apartments, many of which maintain their warehouse facades. Callowhill is also the capital of underground entertainment, with Electric Factory and Union Transfer hosting local and visiting artists each week.This apartment is ideally situated in a prime location, ensuring easy access to the city's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With convenient transportation links nearby, you'll be well-connected to everything Philadelphia has to offer.
Getting Around:
Getting around the city is a breeze in Callowhill neighborhood. The bus line runs right by the home. Cabs, Ubers and Lyfts are readily accessible and you are three blocks from the Broad Street Line to get you to anywhere in the city!

Please note: these fees may be assessed upon inspection and report from our turnover team. They will photograph and send their report to us. We will contact you with any issues. We will not assess fines unless warranted. We will pursue all claims through the proper booking channels if an issue occurs. Our goal is to provide great service and a great experience. These fees are listed to protect us and our homes from vandalism and keeping our neighbors safe.
1. Early Checkin - $40 for up to 2 hours early check-in (4pm)
2. Late Checkout - $40 for up to 2 hours after checkout (10am)
3. No Smoking – Minimum $150 charge for smoking plus any additional charges
4. Extra Trash Fee – Guests are expected to bag their trash properly before leaving. Anything over a 50gal. contractor bag may be assessed a $20 trash removal fee for each contractor bag filled. Pricing is based on off trash removal service. Photo documentation will be provided for extra charges:
a. Terms apply for stays of 2 days or less.
b. 50 Gal. Contractor bags hold 3-5 kitchen bags.
c. Groups of 7+ get a second 50 gal. contractor bag per stay
d. Groups of 14+ get 3 50 gal. contractor bag per stay
5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home.
6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $450.
7. Noise Levels - Please be kind and neighborly to the people living around the home. Keep noise levels low at all times and please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 6am

We are available to our guests for any questions they might have. We do give them their space and only will be present when needed.

Our group of four stayed here for three nights while attending a conference. The place was easy to find, clean, and spacious. We felt safe and enjoyed spending time on the rooftop balcony every evening. While street parking is limited, there are plenty of nearby options if you plan ahead. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot - amazing rooftop space! Communication with owner was great and fast.
Only 2 pieces of feedback: no toaster in kitchen and wish we knew parking situation when booking. Street parking was definitely doable but challenging and can be a little intimidating if someone isn’t familiar with cities. Again, all good for us but knowing in advance would help us plan.
Otherwise such a fun spot!

We stayed here on the fourth basically for the rooftop! It worked out perfect... We had 3 kids and wanted a place where we could be comfy and situated for the fireworks shows. We saw at least 3 shows and watched a bunch more ancillary ones. The pros: the rooftop with furniture, the space and amount of bathrooms, the location to other things, the cleanliness and arrangement of the space, communication with hosts. Downsides ... Towels, especially washclothes were limited. No hair dryer. And no designated parking. Not deterrents for us but we could have paid better attention.

Our first time as a family visiting Philly, this property was perfect for us size wise and the rooftop deck was amazing. We spent every evening up there hanging out. Awesome property and awesome hosts. Highly recommend it!
