My family had a great stay! Matt provided very clear check in instructions. The property was clean and comfortable. It was a great value for the location. We could walk or easily catch the subway to where we needed to go. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in the city. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids. I highly recommend staying here!

Great neighborhood--very quiet. Easy walk to many amenities--grocery, restaurants, subway. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We are a family of 6 and were gone most of the day exploring Philadelphia. So it was very nice to come back to a relaxing home with a full kitchen and a back porch area.

Floors could be cleaner. Dry towels were left in the dryer. Dishwasher was not emptied. No flat sheets. Pillows were very thick. Our necks are sore. No liquor bar cart. Two pictures of this were on the listing. Location was just perfect. Good walks. Felt very safe.
