The house sleeps 5 guests and offers flexible sleeping arrangements: a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed in the bright conservatory, and a separate annex with a double bed and its own bathroom – perfect for families or friends traveling together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, and a separate fridge/freezer, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The bathroom in the main house also includes a washing machine. The living room features a comfortable sofa area, dining table, TV, and CD player – ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on two large terraces, one of which is partially covered and furnished with garden furniture. The terrace also includes a practical outdoor kitchen with tableware, so meals can be easily enjoyed under the open sky. A perfect base for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings – close to nature, the beach, and vibrant town life. Not rented to youth groups or construction workers.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
