The kitchen is in open connection with the bright living room, where a wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace, partly covered, which makes it easy to enjoy outdoor meals, barbecues, or simply relax in the sun or shade. For entertainment, the house is equipped with high-speed fiber internet and Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own TV providers. A satellite dish is also installed, providing access to a selection of German channels. The location is well-suited for families and couples who want to combine peace and privacy with easy access to varied activities. The surrounding forest offers hiking and cycling routes, while the nearby beach invites swimming and long walks along the coast. The town by the lagoon provides shopping, dining, and cultural experiences within a short drive. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
