About this house rental
This cottage with hot tub, sauna and outdoor wilderness bath is located on a natural plot in Hou. The cottage is furnished with kitchen with good dining area and access to two bedrooms and guest toilet. With a single step down from the kitchen is open into the living room with TV and cozy nook. From here there is access to the conservatory with wood burning stove. The conservatory has a large window to 70 m2 south-facing terrace. From the conservatory there is access to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with whirlpool, sauna, washing machine and dryer. There are two heat pumps in the house. All four bedrooms have beds from 2019. On the plot with grass there is a wilderness bath, which you can enjoy all year round. Trampoline is used at your own risk / insurance.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
