About this house rental
This modern holiday home is in Jutland, Nordjylland, Denmark. There are two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Ideal for friends or families, there is a roofed terrace where you can sit with your pals enjoying the delicious food. It is also situated on a beautiful large lawn.
This house is located in a quiet, child friendly environment. It is just 1 km from the sea, ideal for a beach holiday or if you want fresh air in the spring or autumn delicious. From here you can also spend a day at the larger towns nearby, such as Aalborg. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than 4 km from the house.
The house was renovated in 2019 and is fully equipped. The living room has a cozy fireplace and a TV with both Danish and German channels. The decorative fireplace will keep you warm in the winters. The air-to-air heat pump will keep the environment clean.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Very nice, spacious house with everything we needed, We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi but the owner was quick to help us out, All in all, a great place for a group of friends or family,

This holiday home is such a vibe! Cozy fireplace for those chill evenings and a terrace perfect for BBQs with friends, Plus, just a quick 1 km to the beach for those sunset pics, Low-key obsessed with the spacious lawn too, Def coming back!

We had a fantastic experience! The house was beautifully decorated and had a warm atmosphere, The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard, Perfect for a family getaway, Can't wait to return!
