Manor House with Park & Pool

The garden and park cover one hectare, featuring century-old cedars, fruit trees, a barn with a ping-pong table, an unheated pool, a barbecue and plancha at your disposal, as well as several terraces for dining. Our manor house combines the charm of a small château with modern comfort. Formerly a hotel, it can accommodate large groups:



- Semi-professional, well-equipped kitchen

- Most bedrooms have a private shower or bathtub

- Socket for charging electric vehicles

- Park and pool: 10 sun loungers, goals, ping-pong, barbecue and plancha

- Capsule coffee machines

- Baby equipment available on request



Please note that we do not provide sheets or towels. Linen rental with beds made on arrival is available on request for an extra fee.



The house includes:

- 7 double bedrooms

- 1 single bedroom

- 1 bedroom with two single beds

- One extra mattress



That makes 9 bedrooms for 18 sleeping places. You can also camp in the park or add inflatable mattresses in the large rooms.



The house is located 8 to 10 minutes’ walk from the town center (direct bus stop to Agen TGV station): doctors, supermarket, newsstand, restaurants, butcher and pharmacy are nearby. The A62 motorway exit is about twenty kilometers away (Valence d’Agen or Agen).



We are two co-hosts, always available to answer your questions. The house is non-smoking, but ashtrays are available outside.
