Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines
• Check-In Time: Standard from 16:00. Early check-in may be available upon request for an additional fee. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and extra charges.
Identification & Contact Info
Guests must present valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) that matches the booking name. Contact information is required for emergency communication.
Luggage Storage
• Free storage is available up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out.
• After 12 hours, a charge of €10/day applies.
Booking Extensions
Extensions are welcome at any time but depend on availability. Confirmations must be made in writing. Rates may differ from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Significant untidiness or damage may result in compensation claims or deductions from deposits.
• No Smoking: Strictly non-smoking. A penalty of €200 will be applied for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Social gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted. A €200 fine will apply, and the guest may be evicted without refund if this rule is broken.
• Pets: Only permitted with prior written approval. Approved pets require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
• Lost Keys: A replacement fee of €200 applies if keys are lost or stolen.
• Waste Management: Guests must use the designated refuse bins or purple bags provided, following recycling and general waste guidelines outlined in the apartment welcome guide.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy where possible.
Support During Your Stay
• Maintenance Issues: Guests are encouraged to report any maintenance needs immediately. All issues are categorized by urgency and handled accordingly.
• Complaints: Any complaints should be submitted in writing. Resolution efforts may include partial refunds or complimentary services, depending on the situation.
• No Refund for Utility Interruptions: Temporary issues with power or water, unless caused by negligence, do not warrant refunds. This also includes external disturbances like construction noise or weather-related disruptions.
Damages & Liability
• Damage Definition: Damage includes any condition that alters the apartment from its original state (e.g., scratches, stains, broken items). Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
• Guest Liability: Guests are financially responsible for the cost of repairs and any revenue lost due to downtime required for fixes.
• Mattress & Bedding: Costs will be charged for soiled or damaged linens, pillows, or mattresses.
• Reporting Damage: All damage must be reported immediately, even if accidental. Gradual issues like mold or pet damage must be reported as soon as detected.
• Parking: Guests park at their own risk; the property holds no liability for theft or damage to vehicles.
Access to the Property
• Staff Access: Property management staff may enter for cleaning, maintenance, or safety checks, and will knock or ring prior to entry.
• Emergency Access: Staff may enter without prior notice in cases of suspected illegal activity, welfare checks, law enforcement requests, or urgent repairs.
• Pets in Residence: If pets are approved, guests must cooperate to ensure pets are removed or managed during services such as cleaning or inspections.
