Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In and Check-Out Information:
• Check-In: Begins at 16:00. Early check-in may be arranged for an additional fee or by booking the night prior to arrival.
• Check-Out: By 10:30 am. Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
Luggage Storage:
• Guests arriving early or departing late may store luggage at a central office located at 168 Granby Place for up to 12 hours free of charge. Extended storage (beyond 12 hours) incurs a €10 daily fee.
Booking Extensions:
• Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Rates may vary from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Guests must maintain the apartment in a tidy condition. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately.
• No Smoking: Strictly non-smoking property. A fine of €200 applies for violations.
• No Parties: Gatherings and events are prohibited. A breach will incur a €200 penalty and may result in immediate eviction.
• Pets: Not permitted unless authorized in writing. If approved, a refundable deposit of €500 and a €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Key Replacement: Lost or stolen keys may result in a replacement fee of €200.
• Waste Disposal: Guests must use designated bins or purple refuse bags in accordance with local recycling rules.
Maintenance & Support
• Urgent Repairs: Issues are categorized by urgency, with response times determined accordingly.
• Complaints: Should be submitted via email and will be addressed promptly. Alternative compensation may be offered if issues cannot be resolved.
• Utilities Interruptions: Temporary outages or disturbances due to natural causes or unforeseen events will not result in rate reductions unless caused by negligence.
Damage Policy
• Damage Definition: Includes any physical or aesthetic changes to the property outside normal wear and tear.
• Guest Liability: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused, including income lost due to repairs.
• Mattress/Bedding: Costs of replacement will apply in cases of soiling or staining.
• Reporting: All damage should be promptly reported via email.
Access to Property
• Staff Access: Staff may enter for cleaning, inspections, or maintenance, always with prior notice where possible.
• Emergency Access: In urgent situations or under legal instruction, staff may enter without prior notice.
• Pets: If pets are permitted, guests must coordinate with staff to ensure a safe, stress-free environment.
