Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-In Time: From 16:00. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee or by booking the previous night.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
Luggage Storage:
Guests arriving early or departing late can store their belongings, free for up to 12 hours. After that, a fee of €10 per day applies.
Booking Extensions:
Extensions can be requested at any time and are subject to availability. Adjustments to the nightly rate may apply based on current rates.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Any damage or significant mess must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine of €200 will be issued for violations.
• No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violations may result in a €200 fine, eviction, and booking cancellation without refund.
• Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted with prior written approval. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Key Replacement: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €200.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must follow the provided waste separation and disposal guidelines using designated bins or purple bags for recycling and general waste.
• Energy Conservation: While utilities are included, guests are encouraged to use electricity, heating, and water responsibly.
Maintenance & Support
• Reporting Issues: All maintenance concerns should be reported promptly. Issues will be categorized and prioritized for timely resolution.
• Complaints: Formal complaints must be submitted via email. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, partial refunds or other remedies may be considered.
• Service Interruptions: No refunds will be given for brief disruptions in utilities unless proven to be caused by negligence.
Damage Policy
• Definition of Damage: Any change to the apartment’s condition outside of normal wear and tear, including stains, broken items, or pet-related damage.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damages and for any revenue lost due to required repairs.
• Reporting: Damages—accidental or otherwise—must be reported as soon as they occur.
• Mattress/Bedding Policy: Any soiling or staining of mattresses and linens will result in replacement charges.
Property Access & Entry
• Staff Access: Staff may enter the unit for inspections, maintenance, or cleaning, and will always knock or ring before entry.
• Emergency Access: Entry without notice may occur in emergencies or for law enforcement purposes.
• Pets in Unit: If pets are approved, guests must cooperate to ensure smooth interaction between staff and pets, including temporarily removing pets when needed.
