    Stayed here with my wife. We arrived around 11ish. Apparently my agoda reservation opted for all options including an extra bed. So because of that mistake we had to wait an 10 minutes for them to remove the extra bed. But is an Agoda mistake not the hotel. The hotel is amazing. Everything was so clean. We had the suite room on the top floor the fourth floor. The room is clean and huge. Breakfast was also top and so was the restaurant and room service. You can just scan an qr code for ur room or table number and order via ur phone whatever you want. Food is very good. Swimming pool is great. Location is a bit North. No loudness nearby and amazing location. The best thing was the staff. So kind. Letting us have a early checkin. Helping with anything you ask. And so friendly. For us it was the first time in Phuket and the regular people in Phuket were kinda rude with how they talk behind your assuming u can't understand Thai. The staff was kind, respectful and great. I do recommend this place for any couple to have a great place to stay. 10 out of 10.

    One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Very nice and clean and everything looks new. Service was amazing especially from Ms Pare. Such a lovely professional lady. A real gem. I must admit, there was one disappointment. The lady who checked me in when I arrived at 10pm. You know who it is.. very rude lady. I was shocked that she didn’t even say hello. Just asked me for my passport. Didn’t even want to make eye contact. And when I asked for tour recommendation she said “just take a rest tonight and tomorrow u can decide”. Honestly I didn’t want her to even help me with my luggage because I didn’t understand her attitude. Super unprofessional. That’s not the way to treat clients. I felt like if I was white she would have been more accommodating. For this reason I give an 3 star rating to staff. Otherwise the rest of the staff were excellent including the lady who checked me out very early morning. But the lady who did the check in needs training on how to be polite and smile with the guests and make them feel welcome
