    Our first hotel on our 2 month trip in Thailand, this place was great. It was the cheapest we stayed in the whole trip, but had a great location, good al-a-cart breakfast and the rooms were old but clean. The price can't be beaten and the age/cleanliness of the room was similar to what we found in a couple of others 6x the price. I would return here again if needed.

    Average Thai 2 star hotel. Cheap but clean and well maintained. Breakfast has to be ordered but it's substantial. Location great. I'd go back again.

    Loved our stay and when there was AC issue in one of the rooms, staffs were so co operative and arranged another room immediately. Breakfast was good and staff are so responsive and it’s very near to patong beach.
