The property was very clean . The staff were pleasant and helpful.
I found at times the front desk seemed a little unorganized. I asked for a wake up call on two occasions to attend tours and both times i received nothing. I brought this up to
the attention of the front desk and they just replied oh sorry we will look into it . i never heard anything back.
i did attend the front desk and i asked to have 4 pieces of paper photocopied in which they agreed to do.
To my complete shock i looked up and noticed the front desk lady who appeared to be training reading my documents.
I asked her are you reading my documents, and she laughed . it was quite awkward.
The senior front desk lady working at the adjacent desk told her don’t do that but i guess i thought that was already understood .

We stayed for only one night every thing was great walkable distance to Patong beach about 5 min walk.

Great hotel on the hill with good staff a nice pool and an excellent breakfast. They try to upsell you on lots of overpriced additions before your arrival but I would recommend against these where most are over priced. A very nice place though!
