First bedroom: double bed, loft bed with built-in single bed, sofa with coffee table, 42-inch smart TV, dual-workstation desk ideal for remote work, split-system air conditioner, and a portable fan.
Second bedroom: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed, a crib, a playpen, two armchairs, a closet, and a desk, plus a split-system air conditioner.
Air-conditioned eat-in kitchen: equipped with a sink and stovetop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, American-style coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining.
Modern bathroom with shower and bidet; hair dryer included.
Hallway with a bookshelf for reading or relaxing.
