About this house rental
In the heart of the historic residence of La Maison Heureuse, Le Nid d'Été is a refuge on one level between forest and ocean. Only 20 meters from the house, a private gate opens directly onto the beach of Saumonards, facing Fort Boyard.
This comfortable accommodation accommodates up to 6 travelers and a baby. It is located in a complex listed as a Historic Monument, formerly linked to the Fort Boyard construction site, in the middle of wooded and secure alleys.
THE PRIVILEGE OF THE BEACH
Le Nid d'Été is located right next to the private gate of the residence. A few steps are enough to reach the sand, the maritime pines and the view of Fort Boyard. You can easily go back to lunch, put a child to bed or pick up a beach game, then leave to the rhythm of the tides.

The living room has a sofa bed for two people, a large TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a family table, books and board games. It opens onto an enclosed exterior where children can play safely.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Oven, dishwasher, hob, hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, Moulinex multi-cooker and complete equipment for preparing raclette, pancakes, mussels, oysters and seafood are available.
SLEEPING
• Master bedroom: king size bed 180 × 200 with mattress topper, television and storage.
• Bedroom 2: 140 × 200 double bed with storage.
• Living room: sofa bed for two people.
The accommodation has fans and thermal curtains to preserve comfort on hot days.
SHOWER ROOM
Large walk-in shower, vanity unit, suspended toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer. A first aid kit is also available.
FAMILY HOLIDAYS
Baby equipment is provided free of charge: travel cot, high chair, folding bath, deckchair and play mat. For the beach: anti-UV tent, sand games, ball and rackets. The outdoor table can also be transformed into a table tennis table.
