About this house rental
Across from the house, a sandy path leads directly to the ocean, where you can admire the magnificent sunsets and enjoy the beach.
A 12-minute drive from La Cotinière (bakeries, fishing port, restaurants, etc.)
Very comfortable even in winter, with a wood-burning stove to warm the atmosphere.
You’ll have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay on the island (bicycles, ping-pong table, barbecue, patio, etc.)
Located in the town of Saint-Georges-d’Oléron, in a quiet setting just 300 meters from the beach, with all essential shops nearby (bakery, tobacco shop, restaurants, spa and fitness center, etc.).
The bike path for exploring the island starts right in front of our private driveway, allowing you to get out and about quickly.
The beach is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days, whether you’re reading, relaxing, or fishing from the shore.
You can get around using the bicycles provided (3 adult sizes and 1 child size; pumps, baskets, bike racks, and locks included), or by car, with the option to park directly on our private driveway.
For the period from October 1 through April 30, additional charges for electricity and firewood will apply (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure).
Rentals between July 1 and August 31 are for a minimum of one week and run from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bonne communication avec Louis, ponctualité de l’accueil à l’arrivée et au départ. Maison simple mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement placé sur l’île pour tout faire (vélo, plage, commerces…). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme.
