New house, for 6 to 8 people, 500 m from the most beautiful beach on the island.
Quiet house served by a private driveway with enclosed garden.
Located on the edge of the typical village of Chaucre and near the country markets of neighboring villages (Domino, Chéray, Brée les Bains).
Access on foot in 4 minutes to the ocean. Vast sandy beach for several kilometers. Beautiful dunes by the beach with magnificent panoramic views (up to the Chassiron lighthouse). Surf spot. Surf, sailing and diving schools 5 minutes away.
Single storey house of 80 m² living space, bright, fully equipped:
- Beautiful living room of 40 m² (living room and lounge): sofa bed, flat screen TV.
- Integrated kitchen open to living room: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.
- 2 bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190cm
- Shower room with shower, sink, washing machine, heated towel rail
- separate WC
- Bike garage / storeroom, enclosed garden, private parking.
- 30 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sunbathing, charcoal barbecue

All in all it was a perfect location, only weakness was to find in the kitchen equipment...the plats were strucked, and the deep plates were missing, but 5 stars are deserved 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay in Chaucre. The house is nice, functional, quietly located and has a lot of space. The beach is very close and beautiful. Only the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds could have been better in our opinion.

Really nice place. The house is big enough well equipped. 15 minutes waling distance to nice beach. Bicycles provided by host. We had a great time in this place - recommended..!
