Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir accès aux 2 autres chambres sachant qu'il n y avait aucune précision dans l annonce. Et ce n'est une histoire de prix, puisque c'était moins cher . Je peux comprendre qu'elles ne soient pas équipées de drap ou couverture mais le fait qu'on ne profite pas de toute la surface et sans nous prévenir nous a fortement déçu.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

Unfortunately the support was extremely poor when problems occurred. There was no Wi-Fi password provided in the apartment or in the check-in information. After waiting several hours, the local contact eventually sent a password that did not work. I informed her immediately and followed up several times, but the issue was never resolved and communication largely stopped. There was also a strong chemical smell in the main living and kitchen area. I reported this straight away and explained that I had to keep the windows open constantly just to make the room tolerable. Again, there was no meaningful follow-up or visit from the local contact or solution. I eventually checked out one day early because the situation had not been resolved. At checkout, the main concern raised by the local contact was whether I had used the bed linen and would need to pay for it, rather than the unresolved issues I had repeatedly reported. The owner only tried to contact me on the day I checked out, which was far too late. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property, especially if you expect reliable communication or support when something goes wrong.
