We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.

We were very comfortable and felt that all of us were accommodated including our toddler and our pet. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a basket of toys, a play and pack (for toddler sleeping) and baby gates to keep her safe. The neighborhood was safe and easy to explore.

This place is a great stay! It is clean and accommodating! The hosts are excellent to work with! It is historic place with all the old school charm! We loved it. I would recommend this absolutely to all my family and friends! I give it 20 stars!!! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place!

The duplex was fine for a short stay. I had a lot of problems with the payment aspect of the booking process, but the host responded within reasonable amounts of time, and we worked it out. Parking was confusing, the floors were very squeaky (expected with an old house?), and I had to wipe a spill on the kitchen the floor upon arrival. Otherwise it was a great place to stay while we were in Spokane for a family gathering.
