Good find on South Hill. The place is well-appointed and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and the place is cozy. Bill was very responsive. Great pizza place within walking distance (all be it on a busy road).

Basic supplies in kitchen.
One tv in living room - add’l tvs would have been nice to drown out street traffic.
Nicer towels, toilet paper would go a long way. They were both very rough. Perhaps some fabric softener or something to make fabrics smell good. They smell like they were left on the washer too long.

Heating units were totally inadequate. Cold the whole time we stayed despite keeping the three tiny wall unit heaters on all the time. Had to wear my jacket indoors constantly
