This beautiful Condo sleeps up to 6 in comfort and style, with awesome Amenities such as 24 Hour Security and a refreshing Outdoor Pool! Add in the breathtaking Views, and you’ve got the makings of the perfect beach getaway!
You’ll love relaxing together in the Living Area with Central AC after a fun-filled day on the Beach, and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Summer Beach 104 has classic Beach decor, lots of comfy furnishings to sink into, and an abundance of natural light. Slip out to the Balcony where you can take in the beauty of Mother Ocean as you start your day with a cup of coffee, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Well-Stocked Kitchen. With all of the comforts of home, there is no need to dine out every day - unless you want to! And if so, you will love all of the fantastic Ocean City dining available within blocks! Dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or stroll to one of many fine restaurants located nearby, such as OC Wasabi - a Local’s favorite, or Barn 34. Shops, entertainment, and more are right at your fingertips when staying at Summer Beach. The Boardwalk is a short drive away, as well as West OC, home of some of our favorite dining venues and great shopping at the Outlets.
With 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, this home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a comfy King Bed, tons of natural light, and cool Coastal blues - a relaxing retreat, indeed. The Master also boasts Private Balcony Access, perfect for slipping out to start each day with breathtaking Views. There is also a Flat Screen TV and Master Bath with a Double Vanity and a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 2 with a Queen Bed. The cozy bedding of this room and the Flat Screen TV will have you sleeping like a baby.
Just down the Hall is the 2nd Full Bathroom with a Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it!

Great condo. Quiet and safe. Did not like being right next to the pool with access for anyone within the complex to come right onto the patio. Did not want to open the blinds due to privacy…anyone in the pool area or accessing the beach could see right into the living room and master bedroom.
