You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with the Flat Screen TV and Free Wi-Fi after a fun-filled day on the beach. Summer Beach 608 has been thoughtfully renovated to welcome you right in with beachy blues, comfy furnishings to sink into, and best of all, an abundance of natural light. Slip out to one of the balconies where you can take in the beauty of both the Beach and the Bay as you start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine while watching the moon dance in the surf.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, well-stocked Kitchen. Having every gadget, you could need at your fingertips means mealtime will feel like anything but a chore! With all of the comforts of home, there is no need to dine out every day - unless you want to! If so, you will love all of the fantastic Ocean City dining options available within blocks! Dine in the comfort of the central AC or stroll to one of many fine restaurants located nearby such as OC Wasabi, Shotti’s Point, Ristorante Antipasti, or Barn 34, all local favorites. Shops, entertainment, and more are a short stroll away when staying at Summer Beach, even Jolly Roger’s Amusements with Splash Mountain is just a few blocks away and sure to be a hit with your special little loved ones! With 3 Bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the Living Area, this home sleeps 8 adults and 1 child comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and is flooded with natural lighting from the 2 large sliding doors helping to start each day with breathtaking views of the Ocean and the Bay. There is also a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment, and a private Master Bath with a beautiful, custom walk-in shower. With access to the balcony, it’s easy to slip out for a little “me time” after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
Just past the Kitchen and Dining Area, there is a convenient and thoughtfully placed built-in desk, perfect for catching up on some work before heading out to enjoy the town. Next to this area is Bedroom 2. Comfortably sleeping 2 with a lovely Queen bed, the warm tones of the sun and beautiful bay views from the balcony of this beautiful room will have you perfectly relaxed and sleeping like a baby. Just down the Hall, between Bedrooms 2 and 3, and also convenient to the Living Area, is the laundry room and the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 3 at the end of the hall, near the entry, is a serene escape that will comfortably sleep up to 3 with stunning views, a Flat Screen TV and a Full and Twin bed.

Everyone was very helpful, polite and courteous. Views of ocean, bay and Coastal Hwy were aweaome. Have stayed here years ago, but will return ASAP for another long weekend.

I stayed at this property with 3 friends for the Oceans Calling music festival weekend. The condo was clean, the kitchen was large enough for cooking a simple breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The best element of the unit was the large wrap around deck with a great view of the ocean. I would have appreciated a few more simple amenities provided - we had to purchase toilet paper and coffee. I appreicated that they had a coffee machine. Some of the clean up instructions were overkill too - I was happy to turn on the dishwasher but the instructions also required the dishes be put away.
