The building offers an elevator, handicap ramp, and one or two off-street parking spaces depending on the unit size. Your well situated mid-town location is within walking distance of the Ocean City Convention Center and only a short drive to the famous Boardwalk. No early check in. Perfect location on 38/39th right next to Castle in the Sand happy hour and kids activities. The view from the balcony was incredible. Perfect amount of space for me, my wife, 3 kids, and mom. Some down sides were that everything was out-dated. Sink in master bathroom did not drain well. Toilet in shared bathroom was difficult to flush. Kitchen sink had issues with disposal. Otherwise, a great family vacation spot.

We go to OC for the Raven’s Roost convention and this condo was less than a block away from all the activities. It’s a 3 BR 2 BA ocean front condo and perfect for 6 of us. Will be going back next year

Wonderful location and well maintained property. My only complaint was that for a unit that sleeps 10, we were only provided two keys. That caused some logistic issues with five adults staying and wanting to leave and arrive at different times. I suggested they replace entry with a programmable keypad lock as I have seen at other units. (Or at a minimum, provide one set of keys per bedroom.) Otherwise, this was a fabulous stay.
