With fantastic Amenities such as 24-hour security and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, there’s something for everyone in your family! Add in the Breathtaking Views this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo has, and you’ve found heaven on earth.
You’ll love relaxing together in the Central AC in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach or by the pool and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free Wi-Fi. Summer Beach 805 has classic Beach decor, lots of comfy furnishings to sink into, and breathtaking Ocean Views from any seat! Slip out to the Balcony where you can take in the glory of Mother Ocean as you start your day with a cup of coffee, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Well-Stocked Kitchen. With all of the comforts of home, there is no need to dine out every day - unless you want to! With 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, this home sleeps 8 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a comfy King Bed, tons of natural light, and a Tropical Palm decor - it is a relaxing retreat, without a doubt. There is a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment, as well as Private Balcony Access, so you can slip out to take in the views. The Master and Bedroom 2 share the first Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and ample counter space. Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 Queen Beds. The cozy bedding of this room and the Flat screen TV will have your family sleeping like a baby. Just down the Hall is the 2nd Full Bathroom with a Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it!

Nice place, great location. AC in room w double beds wasn’t great and low def tv but otherwise great family spot for vacation. Would def stay here again.

Property was clean and the service was excellent from the front desk! The views from this condo were amazing. I would definitely rent from seaside vacation rentals again just maybe a little bigger condo next time!

First day of rental, Sept. 6th. That was also the day the pool closed for the season! Are you kidding me. Only pool in Ocean City that was closed! Had a 2 year old. He was not quite ready for the ocean. 2nd day there already receiving texts from Seaside about check out rules! All the televisions did not work properly. All just streaming, no regular programming. And at checkout, no one in office at 10am. Would return to OC, definitely not at Sun Beach.
