With awesome Amenities such as 24 hour security and the refreshing Outdoor Pool, throw in the breathtaking Views this home offers from the large balcony, and you’ve got the makings of beautiful family memories year after year!
You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Summer Beach 405 has a clean crisp Decor, plenty of comfy furnishings to sink into, and an abundance of natural light that will instantly make it feel like your home away from home. Slip out to the Balcony where you can take in the beauty of Mother Ocean as you start your day with a cup of coffee, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Well-Stocked Kitchen. Mealtime will be a breeze with all of the comforts of home right at your fingertips, there is no need to dine out every day - unless you want to! And if so, you will love all of the fantastic Ocean City dining available within blocks! Dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or stroll to one of many fine restaurants located nearby, such as OC Wasabi - a Local’s favorite, or Barn 34. Shops, entertainment, and more are all within walking distance when staying at Summer Beach. The Boardwalk is a short drive away, and you’re not too far from West OC, home of some of our favorite dining venues.
With 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, the home sleeps 7 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a cozy King Bed and is flooded with natural light from the large sliding door, helping to start each day off right with breathtaking views. There is also a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment, and the beautifully renovated Private Master Bath with Custom Walk-in Shower. With Private Balcony Access, you can slip out to watch the moon dance on the water and reflect on all the memories that have been made.
Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 3 with a Queen and a Twin Bed. With a Flat Screen TV and Comfy beds, this quiet retreat is an ideal space to get a little R&R after a long day of fun in the Sun. Just across the Hall is the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for our extended weekend of activities. Our condo (405) exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back for more family fun.The entire complex is welcoming for a family to enjoy a wonderful beach experience!
