The property was perfectly clean and set up. It was in a decent location, not too far from the main streets and shops of Funchal.
The only thing concerning about the property is that it looks as though it may struggle with cockroaches however that may just be the area and it wasn’t too much of a problem overall.

Grande accoglienza di Marcelo che è stato gentilissimo a farci trovare tutto pronto. Casa accogliente con un bel terrazzo dove goderti il panorama. Ci siamo divertiti molto con la freccette che abbiamo trovato a casa. Sicuramente se torneremo a Madeira torneremo anche in questo appartamento.
Unica pecca c'era solo una doccia.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marcelo. Tres gentil et tres serviable. Toujours disponible et souriant. L’appartement nous à beaucoup plus, la petite marche de 20 mn pour aller au centre ne nous déplaisait pas du tout au contraire et le bus était à notre porte si on avait voulu le prendre. Nous avons apprécié d’être tout proche du centre en étant un peu à l’extérieur. Nous avons également apprécié la grande terrasse.

Well equipped villa, had everything we needed. Was clean and spacious too.
Location is a bit out of town and parking was sometimes an issue.
