Atlântico Azul

The view on Funchal and the sea is amazing! With big glass balcony doors it gave an amazing relaxed feeling. The apartment is modern, nice and clean. And my daughter loved the swimming pool area.

Everything was great, you just need to take into account it’s up the hill with narrow streets to arrive.

Clean / Comfortable / Great views

Nothing

The view of Funchal was incredible, and the studio room was really nice and laid out. And the communication through booking.com to for sort out our parking and check in was really good and helpful

The pool wasn't in use during our stay which was quite annoying as it was a big reason to why I booked this accomodation, the information said it could be used until 2100h, we went at 1700h on Monday evening and the pool had very little water in it, I asked the staff if we could use it and they said no. And I recieved five different whatsapp messages from different numbers asking for my card details to 'confirm the booking' I later confirmed through the messages on booking.com that these were a scam.

Beautiful view from the terrace. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

To walk up and down to Funchal centre is very heavy. Bus rides very frequently, but costs €2,05pp (sept 2026).
