Athens Acropolis

Communication was sent in Greek, so had to translate each message, but that was not difficult to do. Requested an earlier check in which was accommodated (and appreciated). Key code instructions were sent 2-3 hours before arrival, when the party did not have data to access the message. Took a few minutes with needing to reach family overseas to find out the code. Otherwise everything went well. Lock box access on arrival. Air con worked well. Lounge and kitchen area were spacious. It had everything you needed.

The bath and shower are very small, but for the party it was fine, but for tall people it would be difficult. The sofas were comfortable - more comfortable than the bed! The previous reviews are correct - the bed is very hard to sleep on.

Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Größe der Wohnung. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Lage der Wohnung wirklich hervorragend. Wir werden die Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Athen wieder buchen.

- Bedding: an old style comforter wherein no duvet to change & that’s unhygienic because it is used for all guests without washing ( as it can’t be washed) therefore only clean bedsheets but what about the comforter??? That’s unacceptable !! - Temperature of Hot water shower was controlled to slightly above lukewarm - - Bathroom hygiene not up to standards - Just one set of towels for our 5 days stay - - Lightening fixtures are unharmonious ( white ) - No where to hang coats or leave shoes upon entry. - Overall despite the good location, it seems the owner (s) have no pride in making it cosier & more comfy. It gave us the impression that they only want to make money without attention to details nor creating a warm homey feeling. Suggestion: have a comforter with a duvet that. An changed / washed between guests. - give hot water access without controlling it - leave extra towels for guests - optional: add a shoe closet upon entry & a place to hang coats..
