Thissio Apartment by Life Houses

The location of the apartment is great. Everything is close and there is metro as well. The gyros place at the intersection is perfect for a late dinner. In the morning the cafe and the bakery nearby are both great options (on the way to Acropolis). The apartment was clean, and the bed was also comfortable. We liked everything honestly.

The location of the house was really good; it was within walking distance to historical sites and the city center. The house was spacious, and the furniture and kitchen equipment were sufficient. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. I didn’t use them, but I tested that they were working: the oven, microwave, and refrigerator were new and of high quality.

The most problematic part of the house was the bathroom, especially the shower cabin and the shower set. The handheld shower head, which we needed the most, wasn’t working. The host said he would take care of the repair, but he never did. The sliding door of the cabin kept getting stuck or coming off the track. Additionally, the electrical outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working either, so it was impossible to shave or use a hairdryer in the bathroom. It would have been much better if there was a towel rack or hook to hang towels. Also, there is a railway line passing right next to the house — if you’re sensitive to noise, it might disturb you.

Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e abbastanza strategica per le metro. Si trova a metà strada tra la stazione Thissio che ti porta in aeroporto e al porto, ma anche alla stazione Petralona per il porto. Per arrivare ad entrambe le stazioni ci vogliono 5-8 min a piedi. Anche per arrivare in centro ci si mette circa lo stesso tempo. La zona è tranquilla, il quartiere carino ma non c'è molto se non qualche localino e dei supermercati. L'appartamento affaccia sulla metro, ma gli infissi sono buoni, quindi non si sente troppo il rumore. Fondamentale la lavatrice considerato il clima di Atene, e c'è anche lo stendino

appartamento molto vuoto, ci sono giusto due stoviglie. Non ci è stata fornita la password del Wi-Fi (abbiamo dovuto chiedere e in appartamento non ci sono istruzioni per NIENTE) Idem per l'acqua calda, dopo 2 giorni di docce fredde abbiamo chiesto e ci hanno spiegato come accendere la caldaia. Per le chiavi ti dicono che c'è un locker con il nome dell'agenzia, ma è l'unico che non ha nessun nome scritto e se arrivi tardi la notte non è proprio comodo.
