The location is excellent, but the apartment needs better maintenance and cleanliness, especially considering its prime

Location only

There was an unpleasant smell in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen utensils, including pots and cups, also had an unpleasant odor. The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom was not working, and the water tap was broken. The most unpleasant issue was that when using hot water in the bathtub, brown-colored water came out, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

A very bad experience

The only good thing was the location. It was nearby the yas island.

The host was not cooperative. The bathrooms fittings were broken and the drain was clogged. There was a TV but no remote to operate. The playstation was not also not working.

Very clean Nice location

Communal areas such as passages and lifts needed some cleaning regular mopping sweeping little bit of a stinge Also next time it would be nice to have extra amenities such as towels we struggled to reuse our towels for 3 days and they were not drying and there is no where to dry your towels etc on the balcony

Would recommend, literally few minutes from mall and all the parks and 15 from airport.

We loved the space and location. Very comfortable and clean, good wifi, close to shops and parks. Kids spent the last day in the pool. It worked much better for us than hotel. Host communicated quickly as well - any questions we had answered in minutes. Thank you

It was perfect for us (family of 4). Only if you need bigger airport transfer - do it as soon as you arrive - everything needed UAE phone number.
