The location is good close to yas mall
There was no hot water. And I mean none. The water tank heater on and not once was the water ever too hot I would need to turn to cold water The toilet hose also leaked and needed to be turned on and off or the floor would be totally wet. There are no actual coffee cups that fit the nepresso. I had to hold a bowl in place. The sofa is disgusting and has a unique not nice smell. Upon reporting the bathroom issues someone from the property maintenance showed up unannounced and un planned to make repairs. These things should all be checked and fixed before renting each time! And if you want to do maintenance during a guest stay you should provide the cleaning service to clean the bathroom and their messes. I refused this repair during my stay
