Good value, has potential for even better

Old building that it seems to be taken under new management. They seem promising even though that are still in progress of making the place what it could be. Currently they have covered the basics for a self service hotel.

They need to improve a bit more on the organisation of the staff as that is even more crucial for a decentralised self service hotel. There was confusion with when was my check in time, the room was not ready, then they changed me into a new room, the code was not ready to be activated but at the end it all worked out. Second thing- CHANGE the PILLOWS ! Every hotel seems to cheap out on this and buy it seems from the same place. You need pillows that actually supports your head even offer it as additional charge if you think few people want it, your price is good value so offer 5 euro or something per person per stay for a proper pillow !

Lack of designated parking! 90% of the time there was no one at the front desk, and the hotel was looking deserted!

Comfortable thanks to the cozy bed, soft linens, & refrigerator, but vacant and isolated

I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the soft linens. I was also thankful for the refrigerator and distance to the small grocery store.

I was surprised that I did not see anyone during my stay. It felt like I had rented an apartment rather than a room in a hotel. The lights were on at the reception desk and candy was in the bowl but I did not see anyone until I checked out. It felt very vacant especially with the empty restaurant that isn't in use. Also, the elevator was broken and I was booked on the 4th floor. My shower was missing a door entirely so the water just ran onto the floor and I had to mop it up with towels each night which was ok for me but not convenient for elderly or those traveling with children. I would have preferred to stay closer to the center so I could have closer access to coffee, food, and people.

Прекрасен зимен Разлог

Прекрасен голям хотел с модерна регистрация и вход (няма нужда от рецепция и връзка с персонала). Двойната стая е обширна, много честа и удобна. Декември месец беше много топло вътре, леглата също са удобни. Цената е супер за този район. Намира се малко встрани от центъра, но всичко е на 10мин разстояние. Има голям магазин наблизо, по центъра има хубави ресторанти за хапване. Има достатъчно места за паркиране до хотела. Почистват всеки ден. Персонала е малко, но напълно достатъчен и отзивчив.

Няма нещо особено. Има само 1 асансьор за 3-4 човека за такъв голям хотел.

Επαρκές για ένα βράδυ

Κάναμε κράτηση με προσφορά στο τέλος του χρόνου σε πραγματικά πολύ χαμηλή τιμή για εορταστική περίοδο κοντά στο Bansko. Το διαμέρισμα δύο δωματίων ήταν μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό. Είχε αρκετή ζέστη στο διαμέρισμα και ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. Τα πρωινά το ξενοδοχείο έχει κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν, το απόγευμα και το βράδυ δεν υπάρχει, μπαίνεις στο κτίριο και στο διαμέρισμα με κωδικό.

Το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο, από τα κουφώματα των παράθυρων έμπαινε κρύος αέρας. Μαζί με τον αέρα έμπαινε μέσα και καπνός από την καμινάδα του ξενοδοχείου που ήταν δίπλα στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου, όλο το βράδυ το δωμάτιο είχε έντονη μυρωδιά καπνού. Η καμινάδα του λέβητα έπρεπε να ήταν ποιο ψηλά από το κτήριο και τα κουφώματα των παραθύρων μονωμένα. Δεν υπάρχει καλή ηχομόνωση, στο διπλανό διαμέρισμα υπήρχε μια οικογένεια με παιδιά που δεν σεβόταν καθόλου την ησυχία του ξενοδοχείου, έπαιζαν τρέχοντας πάνω κάτω στις σκάλες και φώναζαν δυνατά, αλλά δεν υπήρχε κανείς από το ξενοδοχείο να τους πει να σταματήσουν. Ενημερωθήκαμε ότι υπάρχει καφετιέρα Nespresso στο διαμέρισμα, δεν υπήρχε καφετιέρα. Χρειάζεται καλύτερος φωτισμός ήταν πολύ χαμηλός.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη και πολύ κοντα στις περιοχες ενδιαφέροντος. Πόλύ ήσυχο μέρος .Πρωινό δεν διέθετε το κατάλυμα αλλά ήταν φανταστικό.Καθαρό και ζεστό.

Ολα ήταν παρα πολυ ωραία. Δεν έχω κάποιο αρνητικό σχόλιο.Θατο ξαναεπισκεφτώ οπωσ΄δηποτε στο μέλλον.
