The room was dirty. The couch had stains on it. Carpet was very stained and was worn out. The walls were dirty and damaged. The bathroom was quite messed.

Passable
The only smiling, polite and welcoming staff were the cleaning ladies and at the restaurant. The hotel was really clean and comfy. Best breakfast ever!! Try the "mekici" , they are God-sent!!!
Before my arrival I requested to check in at 12:00, instead of 14:00. This request was confirmed on booking, but the young receptionist on my arrival said that she can not do this and that we have to "take a walk in the area for 2 hours or somethinglike that". I told her that I am willing to pay extra for these 2 hours, because I was tired from the trip and had work to do on my laptop, but she was rude and cocky... The boy at the lobby bar was also cocky. Nobody was smiling and they were looking at their smartphones all the time. During our stay, they didn't answer on our "Good mornings", neither were helpful...

Ότι ήταν δίχωρο το δωμάτιο.
Είναι πολλά αυτά που θα ήθελα να γράψω,η σχέση τιμής και παροχές είναι δυσανάλογες, η πισίνα ήταν παγωμένη! Ο χώρος της πισίνας παγωμένος,κοντά στην εξωτερική θερμοκρασία! Η καθαριότητα μέτρια και το πρωινό φτωχό για τα αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου αλλά και την τιμή που πληρώσαμε.

Στη reception δεν γνώριζαν αγγλικά!!! Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό και χωρίς ποικιλία Όχι κέικ , όχι κρουασάν , όχι πίτες , όχι φρυγανιές , όχι κριτσινια... Κακης ποιότητας μέλι Καθαριότητα καλή στην αρχή Αλλά οι καθημερινές επισκέψεις στα δωμάτια ήταν χωρίς να καθαρίζουν , ούτε να αλλάζουν καθημερινά τις πετσέτες

Хотела има всичко необходимо, ресторант, спа, басейн, светли и просторни стаи.
Стаите са захабени, с петна, паяжини, паяци, неработещ вентилатор в банята, липсващи части от оборудване. Басейна изключително мръсен, с цели парчета плуващи на дъното. Детето ми, вече седмица, продължава да се бори със сериозна инфекция на кожата.

Отношението на персонала е добро, има ресторант, където готвят вкусно. Закуската е прилична. Стаите са големи с прекрасна гледка към планината.
На няколко пъти в ресторанта на блок масата забелязах че липсват чинии, чаши, не се зарежда нова храна, а и някои от нещата сякаш бяха претоплени от предишния ден. Стаята е мокет, представям си какви мизерии крие. В банята не работеше вентилатора. Възглавниците са ужасни.
