It's a nice quiet apartment with plenty of shops within walking distance. The neighbourhood as a whole seemed very friendly and lovely to walk around, with both of us feeling comfortable even at night. The double bed is comfy and having a dedicated office space was valuable to us and not often easy to find. Having a bath, oven and washing machine were also all great advantages to this place. The owners were also extremely nice and accommodating.
Unlike what the description stated, the apartment was actually on the top floor of the building, not the ground floor, which was a massive pain both with having bikes that we would prefer could be with us and a dog who regularly needs to go out. This wouldn't be an issue if it was stated, but we booked due to the description saying it was ground floor.
On top of this we are pretty big cooks, so not having a chopping board, knife, oven tray, serving spoon or any sizable plates was a bit of an annoyance. Also one roll of toilet paper is not enough for two people for 3 nights.
I'm sure the owners could easily solve all these issues and then there would be very little to complain about.

The neighborhood and the host. The location was perfect for our needs.
The furniture is old. The beds are not comfortable and noisy. Not convenient if you need to sleep with sensitive kids who are sensitive to noise, for example. The bathroom needs urgent repair. One of the bedrooms, with the double bed, was closed, and we were not able to use it, and it was not written. We chose that apartment, and it was supposed to be with two bedrooms, and in the end the host told us, "Sorry, but it is for one night, right?"
