Not bad for a private stay
Private. Everything you needed for a short stay. Shops and restaurants on doorstep. Supermarket Allowed a slightly early check in. No extra charge for dogs which was good.
Noise late at night from people in flat above was significant. But not overly long in duration. Coming in from work past midnight. Too far from modem to connect to wifi. Had to pay for parking but not their fault.

AVOID - Someone was already in the apartment!
I can't comment on the comfort or design, having not stepped over the threshold. It is in a good location.
When we arrived at the apartment to check in, we discovered that someone else was already staying there. This was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable, particularly as we were nearly three hours from home and had planned this stay to celebrate locally with friends. (Booked September for a December stay) I had the last-minute stress of finding somewhere else to stay, which was difficult due to the location and having my dog with me. The owner did call me and offer us one of his other properties in Haverfordwest instead. But after this mistake, I didn't feel comfortable staying or giving them my money. I've had a full refund from booking.com, and the credit from the additional spend at the other hotel. If you want to guarantee a place to stay and not have the same levels of stress I did, book elsewhere.
