Man bekommt genau das was auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Man hat eine funktionsfähige Küche (Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserköcher). Und man kann Wäsche waschen und aufhängen womit man nicht so viel Gepäck mitnehmen muss. sie haben auch einen Pool und sonnenliegen.
Hauptsächlich der Außenbereich ( nicht der Pool sondern die Fassade und so weiter). Das Gebäude ist auf jeden fall sanierungsfällig. wenn man aber darüber hinweg sieht ( was leicht ist da es keine wirklichen Probleme darstellt) passt alles. das ist halt meckern auf hohen Niveau ;)

Location, the double bed. the facilities, cost. good correspondence with the management team.
One minor point was the drain in the shower was slow get the water away resulting in flooding the bathroom floor.

Communication rapide et réactive des hôtes. Situation idéale près du Yumbo. Résidence calme malgré les travaux. Logement très bien équipé !
Le lit pourrait être encore plus confortable mais c’est déjà très bien !

Very comfortable apartment - well managed and in a good location only about 5 minutes from the Yumbo. Comfortable bed and good contact from the hosts. Lots of sun on the balcony in the mornings and a nice pool area.
The building it is in is a little run down but don't let that put you off - the apartment is lovely.
