It's a perfectly clean accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable, and in the kitchen you have everything when you are at home. Everything works well, and Mr. Enrico is always there to answer and provide help. The location is good, but not central. The building has a communal nice swimming pool. Recommendation for staying in this accommodation.

The only downside to this place is that it doesn't have a balcony. There used to be a balcony, but it has become part of the living room. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbor, but it's not the owner's fault.

The location was ideal for where I needed to be. The studio was lovely and clean and modern with all the facilities needed

We stayed for 15 nights in a lovely sea-view apartment that had everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Bars and restaurants were right on the doorstep, and there was a bus stop just across the road with connections to Las Palmas and Mogán. A Lidl supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and the apartment is also close to Yumbo. Before arrival, Enrico provides clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. He is also available on WhatsApp if you need anything during your stay. The apartment is fully refurbished and located in a residential building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Pero el edificio en el que se ubicaba no era lo que esperaba… había que caminar un montón por dentro del edificio y no me sentía comodo
