La ubicación, la comodidad del check in y check out, la comunicación y las vistas.
Falta de menaje, como alguna olla grande, muy poca presión de agua para ducharse. Pero tampoco es algo súper importante. En general fue una estancia muy agradable.

Het appartement was volledig gerenoveerd en netjes ingericht. Het contact met de eigenaar was prima en snel. Wifi ontvangst is super.
Waterdruk in de douche had wat hoger mogen zijn.

We liked the view and it was convenient for local facilities. The building was in the process of restoration when we were there, so it was quite messy and noisy at times.
The lack of cleaning materials and having only one rubbish bag left for 2 weeks was inadequate. Potential renters should be aware the property is on the 8th floor which may not be suitable for everyone especially if there are any problems with heights. Lifts are available though.
