The host was very attentive, and the self check-in process was easy and fully completed online, with the keys collected on-site. The apartment has a great location, with supermarkets, restaurants and the Yumbo complex just across the street. It is a good size and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it a great option for anyone who needs to work a few hours from the apartment.

The apartment could benefit from some small renovations and improvements. A better organization of the terrace space, along with a more comfortable seating area, would make the outdoor area even more pleasant and enjoyable.

En general, la estancia fue buena. El piso está bien ubicado, cerca de todo, lo que facilita mucho moverse y disfrutar de la zona.

El termo estaba situado dentro del armario de la habitación y, además de ocupar espacio, era demasiado pequeño, por lo que no proporcionaba suficiente agua caliente para dos personas. Por otro lado, en el anuncio se indicaba que el alojamiento contaba con piscina, pero al llegar nos encontramos con que estaba en reformas desde antes de haber realizado la reserva, y no se nos informó previamente de esta situación, lo cual nos decepcionó

Loved location and you really do get everything you need. Plus had beach towels left for us which was very handy. Communication with owner FANTASTIC! Price is very good value for money given location. There is a shop downstairs for ease, lots of supermarkets around, pool is nice.

Few broken and missing bits that we told the owner. So if he puts these right then this place will be perfect. Boiler is small so you can only get 2 very quick showers or 1 long shower from it before hot water gets cool. Pressure is great.. No issue here. We just showered at different times.

La ubicación y el piso es muy práctico.

La piscina estaba cerrada debido a las lluvias que hubo un par de semanas antes. Entendemos que no es culpa ni responsabilidad del propietario pero debería habernos avisado de esto con anterioridad y no enterarnos hasta asomarnos al balcón . Era un requisito que buscábamos para las vacaciones y el hecho de que el apartamento tenga piscina incrementa su precio, por lo que lo pagamos sin poder disfrutarlo y sin tener la oportunidad de buscar otra cosa. Al escribir al propietario comentándole esto mismo ya que no nos parecía justo, no recibimos respuesta al respecto.
