I booked one day befor but the owner diden't reply to Emails and messeges at whats'app same day so He/She can arranger authorization copy to show it to the front dusk of the tower, next day which is check-in day as well the owner still didn't respond up to 10am in the morning. as per their standerd 2PM is check-in time, good thing I got the authorization copy to check-in around 1:30PM and then I confirmed to the owner to get the unit door passcode, once I open the door at1:38PM to room was dirty no houskeeping were done yet, I reported the owner she gave unvalid excuses, and then I wait at the lobby for almost an hour while the stuff came and start to make-up the Unit, they didn't bother to keep toilet paper and extra garbage bags.managment is zero yet theydidn't sent the WIFI password along the door passcode until I asked. check the pic's below.
