Location and staff of the building.
Cockroaches in the room. The description did not indicate that there is an additional fee to use the pool

The room was clean, they provided complimentary water and coffee, there was an extra towel provided as well as amenity kits. Also the owner is very responsive and accommodating
The internet connection was very slow. And there were tiny cockroaches.

The internet was good, as we have access to Netflix.
The cooker takes a long time to heat up. My father-in-law cooked the sopas for four hours due to the slow heat even though it's on maximum level.
