he place was very near MOA, and we only paid ₱150 for a Grab taxi. It was very convenient.

We needed to book the basement parking ahead of time. The property owner could have informed us as well.

Walking distance to food vendors, MOA and our wedding venue.

I liked the location. We have booked in Shore 2, Tower 3, maybe 2 or 3 years ago? The place is really accessible going to malls and restaurants.

We felt like the property wasn't prepared well. I've been booking on other platforms, it's my first time with booking.com. Not sure if you have any rules or standards compared to Airbnb. Though the prices are almost the same, the quality of the property was really below average. We didn't expect this since it's Shore 2 anyway. The aircon was working well. The fans were working well, too. Sadly, when we came, since it was too cold in the master's bedroom, I looked for another blanket and the blanket provided in the other room was wet. At first, I thought it just didn't dry from the laundry, but, when the cleaner arrived, I figured, the blanket was wet from a perfume they probably sprayed on it. They provided us another blanket from the cabinet, it smelled nothing like it was fresh from the laundry. That made me think, were all the blankets, pillow cases, and bed sheets, just sprayed with perfume and not freshly washed? And speaking of pillow cases, there were only 4 throw pillows in bedroom 2 that were not even covered with pillow cases. It was bare. I only knew about that when I was cleaning before our check out time. Since I wasn't the one who slept in that room. Nobody actually slept there since my daughter slept with me on the couch, not mentioning that there were no proper pillows in that room. The first night, unfortunately, I wasn't able to sleep peacefully as there were cockroaches roaming, more of them appeared when the lights were off. So I had to keep an eye and make sure the roaches won't bite my kids. I reported about this, and I asked the owner if they can provide an insect spray. As per their answers, it was the first time they got a report that there were roaches in the unit, also claiming that they just had the unit done for pest control. They even said, they used a milder pest control because it will smell once the timings between the pest control and our check in times are short.
