good location. It is near MOA.

water leaking on the sink by the kitchen and there are small cockroaches. other than that all are good. host is very nice to accomodate our request.

La localisation et la proximité avec le Mall of Asia. Équipement de la cuisine. Communication, facilité d’entrée, tout a été fait par whattsapp en amont. La disponibilité de Sam, lorsque j'ai en un soucis de climatisation.

Énorme complexe de 4 tours, l’utilisation des ascenseurs est chaotique, ils ont indépendants, ils s’arrêtent à tous les étages car les demandes sont faites sur tous les ascenseurs et pas de synchronisation entre tous. La piscine est payante, il faut aller dans un parking acheter un coupon en cash ou avec une carte physique pas de paiement mobile. Malgré la fenêtre fermée on entend les avions et les motos la nuit, le réfrigérateur faisait un énorme bruit, impossible de dormir sans fermer la porte avec la chambre. Une prise de courant est placée dans la douche pour le chauffe eau électrique ! Une blatte se baladait dans la cuisine, l'hôte en a été informé.

It was booked as able to accommodate 3 people with 3 beds. The main bed was comfortable, but the second bed was a futon that was poorly shaped and the 3rd a piece of foam that was placed on the wardrobe. There were no linen or pillows provided for the futon or the foam until we called Sam the next day where he came and delivered these to us for our second night. I would recommend this apartment for a couple who could share the larger bed but not for more than this
