This is my 2nd booking. The host is consistent~ Sam is very responsive, friendly, very accommodating, and understanding as well. Aircons of both rooms were working very well . Free toiletries, enough towels for us, wifi is strong, and very nice bathroom. Worth value of money
Nothing much, just a bit of a problem with the freezer with unit 1530 but no worries because Sam told us that he'll contact a technician immediately for it to get fixed :))

Close to Airport and Mall of Asia. 24/7 security, Big pool area, washer and kitchenette in room, close to convenient store and restaurants, cool air conditioning and string wifi. Nice and responsive host.

Sam is very highly organised and friendly. My vacation was really good and he is so kind person and understandable. I highly recommend it ❤️

Sam the property contact was very willing to help, with good communication. Apartment had all the facilities needed other than suitable bedding
It was booked as able to accommodate 3 people with 3 beds. The main bed was comfortable, but the second bed was a futon that was poorly shaped and the 3rd a piece of foam that was placed on the wardrobe. There were no linen or pillows provided for the futon or the foam until we called Sam the next day where he came and delivered these to us for our second night. I would recommend this apartment for a couple who could share the larger bed but not for more than this
