The space
THE KITICHEN
Complete with cutlery, dinner glasses, cookware, pots and pans plus all the other necessities to assist the guest with its cooking needs. It has refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, electric pot, rice cooker, juicer etc.
THE BATHROOM
Complete with soap and shampoo, towels and tissues with shower heater. Washer and dryer. Bidet.
THE LIVING ROOM
Has 50 inch LED TV, Netflix with wide selection of movies. There’s a comfy sofa bed with pillows, convertible to a full bed.
THE BEDROOM
Has a queen bed good for 2 persons, with 4 pillows; 2 extra. Iron and Ironing board.
Blackout curtains.
A cabinet is provided for your clothes. There are hangers inside the cabinet.
THE BALCONY
Has some view of the Manila Bay, has two chairs and small table.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping will not be provided. Change of sheets and towels are provided for stays more than 3 nights upon request.
PARKING
I have parking area free of charge.
Guest access
Confirmed guests have access to pool however, a 150 PHP pool fee is required to the property management of Shore Residences. 300 PHP during weekends and holidays. Operating Hours 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Forms are available upon check in.
For 1month or long term rent, electricty and water bills are not included on the rental rate.
Use of gym is FREE of charge for tenants staying more than a month.
For transient guests, you may use the gym with a FEE in the RETAIL SECTION of Shore Residences.
Interaction with guests
I am available for a consult via email and mobile, Airbnb messaging app and text messages. You can call me anytime as long as it’s not in the middle of the night :)
My sister in law will be more than happy to attend to your needs, her name is Edna. But you can call Edna anytime. She will be the one to assist you on your check in and checkout. Please advise her what time you will be there for check in and out.

House rules and regulations must be strictly followed.
Check IN After 1 PM.
Check Out Before 11 AM.
Call Edna or me at +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) when you are on your way.
IMPORTANT: Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to email us at least two days prior to booking date, a scanned copy of Valid ID (i.e. Passport/Driver's License) of every staying guest as this is a mandatory requirement of the Building Admin and Security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in.
