Convenient location, near moa and airport.

Location.

Friendly and professional host, the condo felt fresh and clean (despite the communal lobby and elevators smelling very bad - due to the building management!) Really good experience with the host and rooms, it was quick, easy, and no fuss or hidden fees/additional fees which unfortunately I've experienced a lot during my stay in hotels in Philippines. We were a big family staying at different rooms owned by different hosts, my family unfortunately had issues with other hosts unable to check in due to mix up with guests lists, in such short notice Abbie (host) was able to provide us with alternative rooms. However we found alternative help from other sources, but we appreciate the quick turnaround from Abbie despite the time of the circumstances (around midnight!) Thanks to Abbie the host for the warm service, for being reliable and overall good conditions of the room!

Waiting too long at the lobby

I didn’t like it, no host show up only on phone and the assistant who didn’t say anything just she will take you to the room then suddenly you need to pay for penalty like putting your wet swimsuit on the chair of your veranda that they don’t even mention us and the pool fee of 150 pesos by the way i pay 500 pesos for my wet swimsuit on my veranda… if they inform us upon check in i will do appreciate it.. but they will ask you to read those rules written on a papers…its a vacation but its stressful.
